We took our one year old shorthair cat for her first groom as it’s summer and she’s been shedding a lot. Megan took amazing care of her and we were shocked at how much she’d shrunk despite being a shorthair. She came back to us after an hour of brushing, bathing, teeth, nails and sanitary trim and smelling beautiful. Will absolutely be coming back again! All the team were lovely and welcoming, thank you!

I absolutely love taking my cats there for a full groom! Everything is done so professionally, and the results are always amazing—totally worth every penny. The place is super clean, really pet-friendly, and the staff couldn’t be nicer. Big thanks to you all!

This was our first time at Paws in the City, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Our cats came back looking adorable and feeling so relaxed after their grooming session. The team was gentle, professional, and clearly cared about making them comfortable. They even added cute little bows that made our day! We’re so glad we chose Paws in the City, thank you for the amazing service. We’ll definitely be back!

Although my cat Luna is a short hair, she sheds huge amounts because of how dense her coat is. I took her for a bath and a brush the first time and it made a big difference, she wasn’t shedding as much after. On her second groom they brushed her teeth as well which I was struggling with. The team here is so friendly and very experienced! I will sure be bringing Luna here regularly (Pictures of Luna after her appointment and the cute flower they gave her)

Ever since I started coming here, my pup and I always have the most positive experience. The staff at reception is always very sweet and greet my pup with such love, you can really tell they are animal lovers! They are also very responsive over the phone, and actually call back to give you an answer when you have a question and they need to check with the vet. The groomer we use, Lorraine, is amazing. My pup is always so happy to see her and go with her for his groom, and she really listens to what we want and he comes out looking as requested! I have also used their vet service, and had a very lovely experience with their vet, who went above and beyond to help with anything.
