I personally feel like the rating should be no stars but I didn’t have the option to do so. My friend, who’s kitten became ill and is dealing with a lot right now went to the pet house vets for some help and guidance and left with the complete opposite. I’m disgusted in how she was dealt with today. Comments such as “if you can’t afford it maybe you should have a cat” was made by a woman named Julia. For a place that is supposed to provide hospitality for a animal and it’s owner, that definitely never took place today.

I just came back from this vet my experience was really poorly. The veterinarian behaved offended by my asking questions about different medications. When I mentioned treatment that my other veterinarian abroad recommended he said it’s different thing but he prescribed exactly the same thing only costing 3x as much. But the worst thing is that he treated only one ear with this medication and when I asked him to help me do the other one he told me THAT HE DOSNT HAVE TIME (I paid 100£ for the visit) and I will have to do it at home BY MYSELF. I’m just wondering how I’m going to do it now by myself. Because I had to help him do it in the clinic.

Despite this vet being an hour away from me I decided to bring my cat here as they had the earliest dates available, unfortunately a few things came up and I had to reschedule 2 times, not only were they friendly but they were quick to book me in with no extra fee. On the day we were late to our appointment due to traffic yet they still took us in. It’s a clean environment with friendly staff, if this place was closer to us it would be our go to vet.

Caring and friendly. Which is what most people need when you take your pets to the vets. Both reception staff were absolutely lovely, understanding and professional. Claudia the vet is such a wonderful person. She explains what's happening, and also explains what's financially better. She really understood both my cats. I can't fault the whole experience, even both my cats came home better than when they went ❤️❤️😻😻😻

Was a wonderful experience! Klaudia is a very nice vet. I was anxious about the visit as my cat is 17 years old and still fussy as she is a Burmese cat. Overall my cat is a nice one but when she doesn't like someone, she can be a bit aggressive. Thanks again for your assistance. I will definitely contact you again. I will definitely recommend her.
