Would never recommend them to any friends or family .All staff rude ,no care for the customers or sympathy towards them or the animals.Just got pushed into the waiting room ,as my dog was getting worse and when all the staff where stood behind the reception area whispering and making you feel uncomfortable.I had to ask one off them to check her in the process of doing so she nearly dropped my dog on the floor .

Took our beautiful Elle for her first vaccinations all the staff were super friendly and absolutely lovely, the vet made us feel super comfortable gave her a check over the whole experience was really comfortable as a first time puppy owner 🥰💖

Pet medics failed to diagnose a heart issue in time for our cat. When I left a negative review about my experience they removed it. We won't be using them again.

Spent £££s here and my Dog is still sick with no idea what’s wrong. Vets didn’t even notice she had fleas, when I asked what the lumps/bite marks could be, they said probably an allergy. Blood tests were tainted, no offer of a refund, the customer service is appalling it took 6 weeks to get a response which was unsatisfactory. I now have to start all again and pay someone else, no sympathy or support that the dog is still suffering. Shocking. In response….The outcome of the complaint was a credit of £64.50 for my initial consultation, after paying over £500. And here you justify yourselves that this is a satisfactory outcome and my dog is still ill, is testament to how poor your Vet practice is. Happy to publish your response for all to witness. A copy of which will be sent to the RVCS, and small claims court.Just look at the Trustpilot rating for more mid diagnosis of sick animals.

Sophie and Andrew and all the Nursing Team( especially Jo- Anne Edwards), saved Ella Edwards life. Ella was at another vets and was getting worse and was near to death, we brought her hear and after over 9 hour surgery the saved her life, perfect, kind and professional staff from everyone.
