We’ve been having very bad experiences. They always assign junior vets to us who have no idea what they’re doing, prescribing wrong medication not reading the files, not giving the prescription when they said they would. They always advise all these super high cost tests I guess just to profit from us. Inconsistent and incompetent.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Great service and helpful resolution We recently visited Poplar Vets to arrange a health certificate for our cat, who my wife and I co-own. There was a bit of confusion at first—our travel documents were initially prepared for France when we were actually travelling to the Netherlands. It would have helped if the staff had asked which country we were heading to, but once the mistake was spotted, they were helpful in correcting it. Although there was a moment where we were frustrated (especially around collecting the certificate), the team handled the situation professionally in the end. They were kind and made sure everything was sorted correctly so our travel plans could go ahead. Appreciate the effort from the staff for resolving things—and for ultimately treating us and our cat with care. Thanks again!
