Southfields looked after our beloved Alfie all his life. The whole team at Southfields including the Staff on reception are excellent. When the time came to say goodbye to Alfie , Lizzie was so caring and compassionate she made a very difficult time bearable. How she dealt with Alfie and ourselves will always be remembered and appreciated. I would always recommend Southfields . Thank you so much , Francis and Debbie.

Nothing but good things to say! Staff were very friendly and welcoming at reception and I've never seen my cat so calm with a Vet before. He has quite an extensive medical history so to see him comfortable with a Vet is massive for him!

I totally trusted Mabel with him today and I don't trust very many people with her. I took my beloved cat into Southfields last Wednesday the 8th, thinking she was a bit under the weather. Sadly she had to be admitted to Woodcroft as she was seriously ill. Once again Southfields were amazing, the live, care and compassion as well as expertise they offer is second the none.

This practice really cares. From the moment they answer the phone until your pet is comfortable, they are incredible. I have had such great attention to detail from the vets here, several times. They always make an appointment available in emergencies and from previous and current experience, the vets are proactive and listen to your concerns. Recommend highly.
