This is the best Goddard's I have come across, friendly and efficient. I moved from Kennington branch as they were quite rude and seemed uninterested. Here everyone is very friendly. Ashley on reception is great and works hard to find an appointment that fits with your own schedule. The dogs even get free treats ! I highly recommend this branch of Goddards.

I would rate 0 if there was an option - I had both my dogs registered here and I would say the last year or so the incompetency and lack of genuine care has been abysmal. The people working there haven’t got a clue what is going on - the lights are on but there is most certainly nobody home. One vet was on google during our appointment trying to find a diagnosis… like? It’s an absolute circus. Both dogs have been withdrawn and registered elsewhere and they are actually being treated how you would expect. Plus the value for money is much more acceptable.

After eight years of being a customer l have been so disappointed with the medical service over the past five months. I now have no confidence in the medical ability of the practice or management of the practice from Goddard. This practice is also expensive, you will find much more reasonably priced and caring practices elsewhere.

I can't thank Goddard and the team at Stockwell enough for their incredible service and care. When my dog injured his leg unexpectedly, they were able to fit us in at the last minute for an emergency appointment. The professionalism shown by the entire staff (especially both receptionists) made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. Highly recommend!

Couldn't recommend them more highly. Very helpful, very knowledgeable. A few times they have done themselves out of business by suggesting I wait a day before coming in (they offered an appointment if I wanted to come in anyway). I really respect and value that. My pride and joy has always been treated very well when going in:)
