I will recommend you to everyone. Thank you for your quick help in removing a piece of a wooden spoon from my senior Daisy's larynx. 🙏🐾❤️

Long story short. I've asked for a justification as to the excessive cost of an animal health certificate and the legality of a pet that is carrying an EU passport for travel. (£250 compared to £100 from most competitors) That's right nearly 3x the cost just for a piece of paper. No one could give me any information and I'm still waiting on a call back from an OV to discuss. When spending this type of money on a piece of paper I would expect a much better service. This has resulted in being contacted by the Managing Director Mark Gill who failed to acknowledge their downfall but focuses on my frustrations towards the situation. That being said I went to go take a look at GlassDoor reviews for employee insight. Guess what? The employees get treated very poorly and there are constant negative reviews about upper management just about the money and not even caring for their staff's wellbeing. (Go take a look for yourself was interesting to read). I as a customer unfortunately had to experience this too.

We can’t recommend this provider highly enough. Even without an appointment, Freya was seen by the vet within 20 minutes. It wasn’t an emergency, but as first-time dog owners, we were feeling anxious—and the whole team, from the receptionist to the vet, were incredibly kind and reassuring. They really helped put our minds at ease. Even Freya, who usually isn’t a fan of vets, felt so comfortable. Now, every time we walk past the practice, she tries to go in!

I took in a very sick fox late at night without contacting first. Vet and vet nurse were so kind and helpful. The vet checked her over and due to her severe injuries quickly put her out of her misery. He was so gentle with her, taking account of how scared she would be. A sad outcome but better than slow death in the rain. He did explain that I should call ahead another time as he was the only vet on duty and would not have been able to help immediately had he been performing surgery on another animal. So I will take that advice on board. Thank you so much to all involved.

It’s hard to express the gratitude I have for this practice. From the reception staff through to the vets. We recently had to say goodbye to our little dog Russell after 13 wonderful years. Emma was our vet and she is absolutely one in a million. Our little boy was an anxious one but with Emma he was always that bit calmer. She is just amazing and could not recommend her enough. Thank you to all the staff for all the care.
