I can not rate the team high enough. I called in a panic needing help with my cats microchip for last minute travel and they were incredibly helpful and made time for us last minute. I was not registered with this vet but will now go here for all my furry pals needs! Thank you so much! You made a stressful day so much easier!

Excellent service. My Pomeranian Titan was neutered today at the Animal Clinic, Blackheath. The vet was thorough in explaining everything and answered questions of concern etc., they were very prompt in calling to let me know that surgery went well and what time to pick him up. Thank you to each of you who cared for my Titan today you are awesome 🤩. The one thing I would like to point out is that having to travel over an hour away is not a problem at all, but I needed to use the toilet and one lady at reception showed me where it was, whilst going to open the door another lady said you can’t use the toilet it’s only for staff. So where is the customers toilet, there isn’t one??? The First Lady gestured to me it’s ok go use it. My point is if customers like me travel such a long distance or even a short distance actually, why would you not have a toilet for customers use??? For me this is totally unacceptable and you should accommodate toilet facilities for your customers.

My vets are great with me and my dog . He had been very poorly and I got an emedat appointment no fuss, when I got there I was treated with kindness and respect as was my dog, The practice is a welcoming place and I will recommend it to anyone, my dog is on the mend so thank you animal clinic.

The Animal Clinic helped us to navigate the final weeks with our beloved Pintxo. They were extremely warm, caring and clear in their approach and made a very challenging time slightly more bearable. Special thanks to Helen who was so supportive and comforting, and also to Linda who was amazing throughout.

Didn't have to wait long. Super friendly and caring staff, the Vet took as much time as we needed and I didn't feel rushed, gave lots of great advice and listened carefully to the research I had done myself and took that into consideration. Best experience at a vets ever! Also reasonable pricing.
