After many years of loyalty towards this establishment I have just received a demand for a £30 admin charge for verifying insurance requests! I specifically completed these forms myself in order to avoid any charges. I am also a long standing member of the monthly health plan for both of my dogs and THIS is what I am rewarded with! What makes matters worse is being told this was NOT a corporate decision but rather one of the local manager! To say I'm disgusted is an understatement. Each medication is charged at approximately £65pm which means almost 50% is taken in JUST admin charges!
