I have been with Valentine Vets for many years when it was also Jackson & Nuttall, the team are exceptional, professional, kind & go above & beyond, you can 100% and more put your total trust in them. I now travel from the Peak District due to the fantastic team of Olivia & Lynn, Ian, Jackie & Caroline, you couldn’t ask to be cared for any better. My Daisy who I sadly lost 7 weeks ago was a regular patient & has been cared for so very well, I recommend to everyone & the journey is worth it for the marvellous care, attention & kindness we receive. Thank you all so very much.

Excellent - Valentines (or Jackson and Nuttall as they used to be) have been our vet for years - through thick and thin, through the laughter and the tears. They are an excellent vets: friendly, compassionate and efficient. Your pets are in safe hands.

Valentines vet have been fabulous with me and my very anxious GSD. I’ve found with other vets they are often very dismissive and do not wish to interact my dog as he is large and nervous. Vets always seem to fear him without giving him a chance. Every vet and reception I have seen there have been super accommodating, kind and considerate. Can’t recommend them enough.

Love Lynn she has been there for so many years and is an excellent veterinarian, she is naturally empathetic with you and so caring with your pet. Also Olga at Castleton branch was so amazing with the end of life care for my beautiful doggie Ollie and Charlie cat. 5 star.

Just the best Vets out there. The Vet Lynn is just amazing Vet but even better person with a genuine caring heart for animals!! We recently lost our dog, Bailey and the staff there made a very sad time a lot "easier"! Thank you!
