We moved our cat Frankie to this practice after a bad experience with his previous vet, which left us with a lot of trust issues and made us quite nervous about trying somewhere new. We’re so glad this new vet opened as they've really helped us feel at ease again. Frankie had a dental procedure involving multiple complex extractions, and everything went really well. Booking appointments is super easy, the clinic is clean and modern, and the whole team are lovely - really professional, friendly, and great at explaining things clearly. One thing we especially appreciate is their transparency, particularly about costs. They even have estimated prices for treatments like dental work on their website, which most vets don’t. That made it much easier for us to plan ahead and gave us a lot more confidence in their service. We honestly couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you!

I am very very happy with the amazing care that my cat has received at Vet in the city. He had dental extractions and has received very excellent treatment and has recovered well. I have also been supported with the management of his overall health as an elder cat with going bowel problems. I joined the pet plan which is a very good idea and is extremely good value and keeps my cat healthy. The practice is very efficient and welcoming and the environment is very friendly for both animals and their owners. I would like to thank the team and highly recommend this veterinary practice.

I can’t recommend Dr Nivan at Vet in the City highly enough. He showed such genuine care and compassion for my cat, Gus, and made what could have been a stressful visit completely smooth and reassuring. What really stood out was him taking the time to explain all the options clearly - politely correcting some things I’d misunderstood from a previous vet visit. He made sure I understood everything I needed to and never rushed us, which made a massive difference to my experience. I feel like Gus ins in great hands. A huge shoutout to Saffron who helped me get my head around pet care plans, scan Gus’s chip and even called me later to give me some details I’d missed. 10/10 service.

I am so happy that vet City has opened it is very local and very pleasant place. The staff are extremely welcoming and very friendly. The atmosphere is lovely and calming very clean and lots of space to walk around. Nice seating area available and they have a puppy bowl for water. Entrance is disability friendly which is a bonus I can take my disabled child in too if I don't have childcare. The vet Martin is wonderful and he was really kind and gentle with my Labrador he also showed me how to take care of my puppy and gave me a lot of information that I didn't know about including dental. He was very professional and gave me a lot of advice and I was able to ask questions without feeling overwhelmed as it's my first pet puppy. The receptionist staff Nancy and Saffron was also very lovely and played with my puppy and gave him lots of cuddles which was really nice as my puppy can feel safe and able to socialize without feeling anxious. This is probably the best vets I have ever been to and I'm glad I chose vets in the city gives me a peace of mind knowing I can go in and get the help and support I need. I would really recommend this vets if you really love your pets and want the best professional care and support.
