This is a terrible practice - every time I come here with my cat it's been a different vet with a different opinion. One of them recommended £500 worth of tests to find out what was wrong with her - she's had ongoing issues. Took her to an independent vet practice and they immediately got her diagnosis with a simple blood pressure monitor and saved me £450 - I even got medication in the £50 they charged me. They are also unreliable in that every time I've called to talk to a vet they don't respond and getting an appointment here is difficult. Maybe they just employ young inexperienced vets here?

Try to avoid! My dog was their patient for several years. Prices from the sky, not helpful staff, especially one of the front desk, who's blocked my dog to has a 3 tablets for his allergies until the appointment could take place after 3 days exactly, what's more, blocked the doktor to prescribe! Unbelievable, I know, but it happened! Today, when asked for emergency help, when she was in the charge, the same 😭 NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL if you love your pet, and want a real care for them, Avoid this practice.

Rang on Saturday afternoon and got the first appointment on Sunday morning for our cat who has been attacked and had 3 bad wounds. The vet and nurse were excellent with our cat and everything was explained clearly and how to treat his wounds and administer the antibiotics etc. Michelle on reception was as efficient and helpful as always. They make what could be a stressful experience much calmer for the animal and owners. Never had a bad experience with them and would highly recommend.

I have been using vets 4 pets for 15 years now, staff have always been friendly, professional and helpful. Both of my dogs enjoy their visits, today's visit went exceptionally well as Oscar responded well to the vet ( I can't remember her name) and was very relaxed during the consultation. For safety reasons I have to bring a muzzle with me in case he becomes scared or is in pain but today he remained calm throughout , he really liked the vet , she was excellent with him and I will definitely be asking if Oscar is able to see her for future appointments.

We had an appointment for an annual vaccination for both my cats. Marta was the very best! Not only did she share tips and tricks, our cats had no struggle at all!! She even told me what I should additionally look out for. She was very friendly and supportive. Would love to have her again and will definitely ask!!
