My dog has been coming here for 10yrs now. I’ve only ever had friendly staff and all the nurses and vets have been caring and professional too. Everything is explained and they genuinely love and care for your pets.

Very prompt and efficient service I arrived early for the appointment and the dogs were seen to and we had left before our alotted appointment time

Was surprised at being FULLY BOOKEDOUT at only 9-930 am after weekend bank holiday ??? No appointment till late the day after ???? had been waiting till the open time ALL weekend for vet to see MY sick CAT Arthur ?? another24 hrs was was painfull heartbreaking and very stressful … considering ringing another v local vet but he not registered with them !! Always been with you for the strays and problems chippings snd spaying for years ..

The vets and nurses here are fantastic, but there is one receptionist here who is incredibly rude and abrupt, making the whole experience feel uncomfortable. I don’t think there is any need to be short with people - the receptionist took an incredibly rude tone with me for seemingly no reason, making me feel like I was an idiot when I was literally just checking in for our appointment as I have done many times before. I saw she also took a similar tone with other people who went to the front desk too. Manners honestly cost nothing, especially in a vet environment that can often be anxiety-inducing for pets and pet owners. The rest of the team are lovely though, and always very efficient. Just a shame that there is one receptionist who seems to resent and look down on anyone and everyone who visits the practice.

I came in for the first time for my two kittens. Rachel Ward was excellent in informing me for the care of my kittens and helping me out the care plan to make medicine and treatment affordable. I highly recommend this Vets4Pets in Bury. The doctor that vaccinated my two kittens was quick and efficient. As though, my kittens didn’t feel a thing. Checked them throughly and updated me about their health and growing little bodies. Thank you Vets4Pets team for caring for my babies and making sure they get everything they need. Everyone was friendly and happy to meet the kittens.
