We had a really positive experience with this vet and are so grateful for how well they looked after our cat. He was admitted after having difficulty urinating and some blood in his urine. The tests showed crystals in his bladder and urethra. The vet explained everything very clearly, including what was happening, the risks and the treatment he needed, which really helped put our minds at ease. He stayed in hospital for two nights and was very well cared for. The nurses called us every day with updates, which we really appreciated. We felt he was in very good hands throughout. It was such a relief to bring him home and see him happy, playful and back to himself again. A big thank you to the whole team for taking such great care of him!
