I am so grateful to the receptionist Claudia, she was incredibly lovely, helpful and resourceful. I came into the Vets4pets Greenford as an emergency because my puppy was poorly, I had no documents with me, and because she was quite new to me, she was still under the old owner's name. Claudia sorted everything out, called the old owner's to transfer the ownership, and she got me an appointment at that same time. My puppy was treated and I felt so relieved, as I was very stressed, but she helped so much that I felt very supported. Thank you Claudia, Coco and I will be grateful forever 🩷

Avoid speaking to Jackie on the phone, her tone was very abrupt and it seemed as if she was shouting to me on the phone when I asked to reschedule an appointment, felt slightly uncomfortable, but also she kept me on hold and then she forgot that I was even on the phone- started speaking to me as if i was a new customer again. I bring my cat here, I’ve had no issues with the people there however and everyone’s friendly there but one phone call can change someone’s perspective.

I have been taking my hamster Grogu to this place every couple of weeks recently for regular teeth trimming. The reception staff and vets are always very friendly. We get booked in at short notice and the pricing is fair. I am looking forward to coming here again and again for such a great service for my hammy!

Lovely staff, very helpful and patient! I took my kitten in as a first time cat owner and they were so reassuring, explaining everything clearly and guiding me on what’s best for her. All the staff were so warm and friendly, and it was clear they genuinely cared. My kitten loved all the attention too!

My words can hardly express our thanks to Vets 4 Pets. For saving the life of our cat. We took our cat into the Greenford branch as an emergency. After a short procedure. By a very nice and kind Italian vet. She improved straight away. I would highly recommend Vets 4 Pets at Greenford. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Very nice staff and the vet made us fully aware and at ease. So much so we are swapping from our old vets to Vets 4 Pets in the future. Very clean and CoVid aware.
