I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the whole team for looking after Theo. We’ve had multiple appointments for our cat in the last 4 months. Jo and Andreaa have been amazing and have helped him from his very first check up to getting him neutered, they’re a real credit to the team. I also wanted to say a big thank you to everyone on the reception team. They’ve all been so helpful both on the phone and when we’ve been in. Thank you 🐈

Jo and Claire at kirkstall are just so lovely and helpful , they’ve helped me with my cat over the last few weeks and his cystitis and UTI. Guided me all the way ,on the ball and just great nurses , quick response and just generally caring people it’s a privilege to be part of this vets and that they have time to deal with storm my cat . Managed to fit me in same day for an emergency appointment and the vet was super lovely and handled my extra spooky cat very gently. Would recommend.

Had another fantastic experience with Hazel at Vets4Pets Kirkstall. Theo went in for a sedation groom, and from start to finish, Hazel made the whole process feel calm and reassuring for him. She really took care of him - Theo was in great hands. Her kindness, professionalism, and that extra thoughtful touch (thank you for the brownie!) made all the difference. I can’t recommend her enough!

We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the incredible team at Kirkstall. We had an awful emergency situation which required instant surgery for our dog and the staff were absolutely amazing. They saw him on arrival and rushed to give him the best care possible. Having driven up from London, we were so worried about his ongoing care but they communicated with our vet practice back home and the insurance company on our behalf to provide him with the best support. They even called on our journey home to check how he was doing and we were really touched by the kindness and professionalism of every member of staff that helped him in this horrible situation. If we were local, we would be swapping vets in an instant!
