It’s all about the cash. It’s not the staff as they are great. It’s the company that owns them and it’s driven by insurance also.

Very friendly and helpful service, I have been using this vet for the past year and a half and I have not had one issue.

Vets4Pets recommended invasive dental treatment for my cat which was several hundred pounds over the market rate. I took her elsewhere, and they said she didn't need the treatment after all. At no point was this option discussed at Vets4Pets. I'd like to believe this was just differing professional opinions, but it looks a lot like profiteering.

Outstanding service! I have taken my puppy here for routine check ups and recently had an emergency as my girl was really unwell and the level of care she received was fantastic, I’m so grateful that she’s back home now and back to her usual self! I called Vets4Pets Pollockshaws on 1st December because my previous vets closed down and was immediately impressed with the high standard and professionally manner of the lady who took my call. She was absolutely brilliant. Her professional and friendly manner completely won me over and gave me peace of mind that my pets were in excellent hands. She took the time to explain everything to me, was extremely knowledgeable and was clearly an animal lover. It's really difficult choosing a vets because you want your pets to be in good hands but I have no hesitation in recommending this practice. Will never go anywhere else.
