Thank you to the Vets4Pets for helping us organize the documents for our cat’s relocation from England to Qatar.

Good morning I am not an owner of a pet registered with your practice. In fact, I live in Somerset. However, I read the article on BBC News regarding the crow that you treated and which keeps returning to your garden. I'm not a vet and I don't have an injured crow, but I am impressed by the intelligence of these birds. One comes to our garden every morning with a large slice of white bread in its beak. The bread is then dipped into one of our bird baths to soften it before eating it. It is slightly annoying as the water quickly becomes a white "soup" and has to be replaced, but the undeniable intelligence of the creature is admirable. Victor Balsdon

We took our cat in for her first vaccines, health check and microchip. The vet, David, was very kind and gentle with Estella. Estella stayed calm as a result and the appointment went well, very officiant. The nurse who helped hopd Estella was fantastic also.

We just want to say thank you to everyone at this practice for everything you’ve done for Rich over the years. You’ve always been there for him, from his younger days right through to the end. Your care, patience, and kindness meant a lot to us. Even if deep down we knew the answer, we’ll always be grateful to Justyn for guiding us to make the right decision when the time came. Rich is at peace now. Thank you so much!

As a new customer you never know what to expect, but I can only give praise. From booking with Holly through to seeing the vet, it went very well. Holly went out of her way to squeeze my dog in for her vaccinations and health check and I’m so grateful. I then saw the most wonderful vet (I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten her name, but she’s from Galway). She was incredibly kind, quiet and gentle with my very anxious hound and I’d like to thank her for that. I’m really pleased I chose this surgery.
