Recommend using this vets. The receptionists, nurses and vets are great. Very welcoming and helpful. You can tell they truly care unlike some vets who just see the £s. Our dogs are well known and loved by the team. Thank you for your advice and hard work as always.

I cannot recommend this surgery highly enough. All my dogs have been treated here and my remaining dog, a Frenchie, has real issues with stress and being examined but the staff, especially Carolyn the vet have been amazing with him and gradually Wilson has learned to trust her enough that she can get near him. What used to be a fraught experience is now much better. Wilson has had surgery here and various trips for ear infections and I am always confident with the treatment and diagnosis. Thank you for a great service. You are all heroes.

Vets for Pets was recommended to us when we weren’t completely happy with our previous vet. The transition over has been seamless and the whole staff has gone above and beyond to help us out with whatever we need. As well, Zoe and the lovely gentleman at reception were fantastic with our nervous little girl and made it a lot less stressful for both of us! We will absolutely be staying with them and will be recommending them to friends and family as well.

Super lovely receptionist who was very helpful. Came in 2 hours later to see the vet. Took her time with Gohan and made sure he deffo didn’t have any serious injury. (Bought him in for a limp). Didn’t push x ray or anything she didn’t think he needed. Came away with some pain medication. Very reasonable price too considering it was Good Friday (no extra charges). Thank you so much you put my mind at ease and Gohan is already back to himself ❤️

Great place, professional care, kind and understanding staff - especially when dealing with an emergency visit for my cat! You can see that everyone there love animals. Also, competitive prices 🙏 my cat was well taken care of ❤️ a big thanks to the entire team in Tilehurst branch 👏🏼👏🏼
