We brought our cat in on Friday night as she had been unwell for a while and due to visit another vets the day after, having been treated elsewhere prior for her illness, unfortunately she took a downward spiral suddenly. At short notice we put her in her carrier and arrived unannounced at vets now due to panic and stress, the staff were welcoming and we were seen to quickly (even though it was quite busy). Unfortunately she didn't make it through the night and we had to say our goodbyes, vets now were really good with us and gave us all the time we needed, they recommended a place for her to be cremated which has been excellent with us and she is now back home. I just wanted to thank vets now and all the staff for helping us and being so caring through a really difficult time, the vet we saw was very informative and supportive. We went back the next day to collect her paw prints and again the staff were very caring and friendly. Thankyou

This vets were amazing with my girl after toxic ingestion. Quick action, fully detailed explanations of everything happening, let me see her and give her a cuddle before leaving her and kept in touch. Very thorough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if ever needed. Thanks so much

I would like to thank Vets Now for the superb care my cat Toffee received in his final moments. Both the reception staff and the vets were brilliant and handled mine and my partners hysterics with the utmost compassion. While we are heartbroken over the loss of our beloved boy, we were in safe hands and felt like we could trust the vets’ opinion and professional attitude. I would like to thank all the team at VetsNow Hospital, Manchester, for saving my cat KIT♥️ When we arrived at the hospital, Kit was in a critical condition. Dr. Serena examined Kit and knew immediately what the problem was. After we suffered numerous bad experiences with another vet,I can state without reservation, that without Dr. Serena's professional experience and knowledge, we would have lost him. My partner and I want to thank everyone at VetsNow Manchester for taking care of our girl, Ava, whilst she was having treatment for respiratory issues (ultimately diagnosed as Pneumonia which can be fatal if not treated in a timely and thorough manner). From the receptionists checking her in, to the incoming vet (Martina) and nurse (Hannah) for carrying out such a thorough triage, consult and immediately helping relieve some of our concern for Ava’s wellbeing - everything was handled with empathy and care. Then to the nurses - day and night - keeping a close eye on her, giving her lots of love and attention to try and make her feel as settled as possible - thank you! To all the vets and nurses who were involved in Ava’s treatment and diagnostic plans - thank you! To the ACAs for keeping her clean and giving her lots of fusses when we couldn’t (she LOVES fusses) - thank you! And finally to Jade and Kate, the most INCREDIBLE admin team for going above and beyond. They went out of their way to also give our girl love, and then processed her insurance details on our behalf, giving us one less thing to think about during such a stressful time - thank you, you legends! Special mention to Tom for his efforts, attention to detail, empathy and fast action and openness at every stage of Ava’s investigations and treatment. You were wonderful. Then of course to Adele - thank you for keeping such a close eye on her through Avas’s first night and giving her the love and attention we wanted to give her ourselves but couldn’t. Kat and Iga - thank you for helping carry out Ava’s diagnostics and keeping her safe throughout ❤️ Each and every one of you are amazing for doing the job you do, and for helping Ava get better.
