All the staff at Vets Now in Manchester were amazing. From my first conversation with the receptionist to speaking to the vets, I was put at ease and knew they would take great care of my dog Jensen. The vets listened to my concerns and included me in the plan for the best care for J. My dog had to spend two nights with them and on both mornings after, I received an update on how Jensen had been through the night. I cannot thank them enough for all they did for my dog.

We brought our Monty in with breathing difficulties. There was quite a wait but they put him in an oxygen tank straight away so he'd be comfortable. They checked him out, gave him meds and gave us the option of taking him home to be seen by the vets the day after for further checkups or leaving him in their care overnight. Very professional and caring vets and receptionists.

Rushed in with my kitten Miso on 24/09 and the team were wonderful from start to end. I couldn’t recommend this practice more and if ever Miso needed urgent care I’d come straight back.

I have been here several times and there is always great care from all the staff. The hospital has so many facilities that it means they can handle complex cases without further travel and can also call on experts from other hospitals in their organisation. The vets and nursing staff really take on board what you say about your dog- if they are anxious etc which makes a huge difference for your dog. They listen to your concerns and I always feel my dogs are in safe hands. Very lucky to have this place so close to where I live.

Absolutely appalling experience and I urge others not to use VetsNow. My pet attended for treatment in October 2025 and I am still having issues with this company. VetsNow have made an error in handling the insurance claim and are failing to take any responsibility. I now have debt collection agencies hounding me for this money and I’ve had to attempt to resolve this myself, with no effort from VetsNow to reimburse the administration fee. When I contacted staff at this location for support, I have been met by individuals who have no desire to help. A receptionist asked me to call my insurance for further information and call back. When I did, she made a point that I was blocking an emergency line. This only seemed to occur to her when it was evident no payment was being made. She was rude and dismissive. When asked if this was an error on VetsNow’s part, she responded “very potentially”. I remained calm despite her manner, and when eventually challenged, she responded “ME OH MY GOD RIGHT” and hung up the phone. I have since discovered the issue with the claim was due to the fact VetsNow were trying to make an additional claim for a previous visit (which had already been paid out by my previous insurance) and despite this fact, they still fail to make an apology or take responsibility. Wouldn’t trust these frauds!!!
