Amelia was extremely kind and professional when I had to sadly have my cat Sid put to sleep today. I would highly recommend them, as they truly care for animals & their humans.

Our dog Bruce was really well cared for up until he was put to sleep out of kindness. The love and support we had was amazing. They even allowed us to bring in our other dog to say goodbye after he passed. We will never forget the kindness they showed us on the worst day of our lives. They took some paw prints from him and his fur that we will treasure forever. We cannot thank you guys enough.

I have only recently moved house, and one of my cats was involved in a cat fight, probably because of him being new kid on the block! At first, it looked like just his eye was an issue and I was given antibiotic eyedrops to use with him and it cleared up well. But three days later, it was obvious that he was extremely poorly, lying under the bed and not eating or drinking, and I really thought I might lose him. I took him back to the vet and a lovely lady saw him and very quickly found a big abscess on his back leg probably from a bite. She immediately gave him an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory injection and gave me lots of advice . He began to perk up that evening and by the next day he was so much better, which was a massive relief. I’m really pleased to have found this practice now that I have moved, and I recommend it to everyone, not only for the vets, but also for all the other staff who are very friendly and helpful.

Brilliant vets, so caring. Unfortunately my baby girl was put to sleep here. The vet was absolutely fantastic. He took his time and explained every step to me. It was really calming in such a terrible situation. I have nothing but respect for all that work here. I really cant thank them enough. Thankyou

I have unfortunately had to use the vets recently for a planned operation on my westie as well as a post surgery injury. I can honestly say that all the staff at the Solihull branch are second to none. They all show compassion, empathy, are extremely professional. They explained each part of the process and tried to eliminate any worries that we had.Thank you very much for caring for Ralph x
