The staff on reception are always SO helpful and patient, despite my constant anxiety about my cockapoo Noodle. The vets are also easy to talk to and no question is ever too much! Would highly recommend.

Had a scare with our cat as he was struggling to use his litter box, booked an emergency appointment with Vets4Pets West Bromwich. The service was great for out of hours & Themos took care of our cat and made us feel at ease to explain the situation. Would highly recommend.

Only been a couple times for emergency treatment, staff are friendly, understanding and sympathetic. The vets are also very passionate and I give them 10/10

Tony and the team at Vets4pets in West Bromwich were amazing helping us get our little dog to Thailand. They support us to get our Export Health Certificate, rabies vaccination, blood test and other vaccines. It went very smoothly getting our little dog to Thailand with us. A big thank you to them all 👍🙏

I’d give it no stars if I could. To whom it may concern, My cat was severely ill. I took it upon myself to put my trust back into Vets for pets in West Bromwich and hope that we would have a different outcome, but this wasn't the case. I took Narla with yellow discharge on his tongue struggling to breathe his tongue stuck to the top of his mouth and drooling and not his general self, not eating or drinking. The vet said that it was due to him eating something outside that wasn't nice and gave him an antisickness injections. I asked the vet on three occasions if this injection would definitely deal with the issue and explained our Previous experience with the practice, he was confident in saying that it definitely would. Through the night on that evening, Narla suffered to breathe, eat and drink and cried in pain. I then made a phone call to the vet that I am registered to in the morning via our 247 video call system. In which I explained the situation and she advised that it definitely seemed like a chemical burn, and he should be seen straight away. I called the vets for pets in West Bromwich and explained this, they advised that I would need to pay again to see Narla but they said as a good will gesture they'd only charge £25 however I explained it had been less than 12 hours Since Vets for pets had seen me and his symptoms had got progressively worse they were not interested in seeing Narla other than me paying for another appointment which I stated should not be the case as a duty of care they had injected him with something again, which was not of use. (ALL ABOUT MONETARY GAIN) Not only that the vet had so much confidence in saying that that injection would work and the cat would be on the mend which was not true, I then made a face-to-face appointment with our normal new Vets today in which they confirmed it is a chemical burn and we had to have a different injection and a set of antibiotics to sort the issue. After this appointment, it became apparent to me that the vets for pets in West Bromwich and the qualified Vets that actually see the animals Do not seem to know what they are doing in a professional aspect. When looking at the Google reviews I think it is also apparent that I am not the only customer that has these views and similar issues. (Some peoples animals are dying after being injected with things that do not correspond with their animals problems and medication also being prescribed that is of no use.) When I attended my appointment on Friday evening there was another patient there that was there for an emergency appointment with their dog who also announced in front of the receptionist that the previous appointment that they had in that day the vet at vets for pets had advised that they should pay for an appointment and medication which the second vet at the appointment of the emergency appointment also in vets for pets said had no correspondence in the symptoms or the issues that their dog was having . I have noticed that it seems to be very similar issues amongst the customers in Vets for pets. It appears that their duty of care is not their top priority as a practice and when bringing this up as a complaint with the practice it also didn't make any difference. I eventually went to my normal vets the Tuesday after the incident in which I was told my cat was lucky his tongue didn’t burn off and confirmed it was a chemical burn, he also mentioned the injection that vets for pets (Florence - the vet) gave had no correspondence with the issue. Again, monetary gain by clearly untrained professionals. They didn’t care that they had injected him incorrectly and also didn’t acknowledge the fact that they misdiagnosed my cat due to their lack of competency yet a vet on video call was able to spot it straight away and a second opinion from a second vet in person also was able to spot it, instead of rectifying their mistake they chose to act as if they were sympathetic by offering a so-called discount price of £25 even though I had only seen them less than 12 hrs previously for the same issue.
