My hairless dog absolutely loves visiting this clinic—even when we accidentally pass by after hours! The staff here, from reception to the vets, are genuinely kind and caring. They always treat our pup like family, taking the time to give her treats, listen, explain, and make sure she’s comfortable. You can tell they really look out for the animals they treat. We’re grateful to have such a compassionate team nearby!

Always had a great experience at Village Vet Brook Green especially with Jasmine And Kerry Ann who have always been kind and willing to give advice. My cat was always treated well and with love and they were also always kind to me, even when I panicked! Vets were always nice too, happy to give advice over the phone and would always answer all my questions. A bit more transparency on prices of medicine could be improved though, as they are much much more expensive through the clinic

The entire staff is incredibly kind and sweet with my senior dog. He always enjoys visiting them! They have provided us with valuable advice on how to care for him in his older years and have shown genuine interest, which I truly appreciate!

My sweet kitten Reign had a tear gland situation pop up (literally) in his eye randomly one day, which obviously sent me into a total panic. The entire team at VV Brook Green were so quick to accommodate us, check him and fix everything. I was incredibly impressed at how nice everyone was, even Reign started purring the minute we arrived which calmed me down too. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’re so lucky to have you guys in our community 🤍 Reign and I love you!!!
