Friendly receptionists and genuinely caring staff. They took excellent care of my dog during his lump removal and dental procedure under anaesthetic. After a negative experience with a local vet in the past, it was a relief to find such a trustworthy and professional practice.

I would give this practice - 5 stars if possible! Poor service, inexperienced vets and extortionate charges. This was my only and last ever visit to Queens Park Village Vets. My cat was in great discomfort and I told the receptionist very clearly what the problem was. And before the visit I completed the online registration firm where I did mention that the cat was large and difficult to handle. Vet seemed very inexperienced and unable to handle my cat. There was no other idea how to carry out the examination. This was late Friday afternoon and I was offered some medication which, in hindsight, were completely inappropriate in the circumstances. The cost of this non-consultation and non-service was £200. And I was recommended another procedure ie. teeth cleaning while there. I'm genuinely taken aback at the lack of concern for pets and their owners and extortionate charges. The entire non-consultation was spent printing a few labels for the overpriced medications. Avoid!!!!

One of the loveliest vets I've ever been to. They were able to fit us in last minute after another practice cancelled. They were really accommodating and professional. All the staff are so lovely. Melanie, the lady on the front desk created a really welcoming atmosphere in the waiting area. The vets listened and made me feel reassured that my rabbit was in safe hands. The best communication and follow up care I've ever experienced for an animal after a procedure. Could not recommend enough! I travel 1 hour 20 minutes to get here because they're worth it.
