I took my dog Truffle to see Dr. Ward for his vaccinations, and I was so impressed with the care and compassion she showed. She was incredibly kind and gentle with him, making sure he felt safe and at ease throughout the appointment. Truffle can be a bit nervous, but Dr. Ward’s calm and reassuring approach made all the difference. The whole process was smooth and stress-free—for both of us! I’m really thankful to have found such a wonderful vet.

It is a little expensive compared to other vets, but I am happy to support a trustworthy and professional business.

It was my first time at this vet, I was super nervous and stressed for my little cat, she hates the vets. The vet at the time was super friendly, and you could tell he was so knowledgeable, treated her with so much love, respect and patience, it was heartwarming to watch, especially as my cat decided to attack him. He reassured me, and made me feel ok. (I’m still very sorry about her I hope he’s ok). He was nothing but sweet and soft spoken about her. I deeply appreciate it. The people at reception were also super friendly and kind, I felt more relaxed entering the area, and it was also very clean. It didn’t smell like animals or anything ( which to be fair is expected as animals are always at the vets ). It had a lovely little area for cats to relax and chill which I let my cat take a breather there and they had a free little cat spray which I could use to put of the carrier to make her feel more calm. Definitely recommend this vet :) she’s super shocked about how well it went too
