Worst vet you could possibly find, stay far, far away. First time I am actually leaving a review about anything, but I feel that I need to warn others. Cancelled a critically important appointment for my two dogs without any notice, tried to tell me that I was contacted several times which is completely false. Could not accommodate me for a new appointment for another two weeks to rectify their own mistake. No effort was made to find a solution. I will take this all the way to the most senior level within their organisation. Sheer audacity, quite unbelievable.

Would not recommend, Overpriced, do not allow you to go into the room with your pet, poor information given in a way that scares the owner . Inexperienced staff. They were too quick to recommend sedating my dog for further investigation on her foot at the cost of £1000. I went somewhere else for a second opinion and the vet managed to discover the problem without sedation, without separation from me and it cost me much less for a consultation. This company is all about how much money they can make - Do not use it , there are other independent vets that you and your pet can have an individualised professional service

Please don’t bring your pet to this clinic, especially if they’re seriously ill. The vets here clearly care more about making money than actually helping animals. Every decision was about how much they could charge, not what was best for my pet. They pushed for unnecessary treatments, that prolonged my pets suffering. They also showed a disturbing lack of compassion and professionalism. Having a sick pet is heartbreaking and stressful enough. The last thing you need in that moment is to be treated with disrespect, patronised and scammed. This place needs to be investigated for professional misconduct and potentially malpractice.

Hello Everyone, We being visiting the place over a year or more for our Two animals. This Vet isn't that bad For Vaccines and nail clippings and small other things, Not sure if it's overpriced like many people mentioned cause We are quite new pet owners. There is on thing sure if your pet Has a serious Health Problem or if it's something that concerns you don't take your Pet there Especially an adult Pet What bother's me the most is instead of admitting they are not specialists on a serious Health matter and recommend a specialist they offer Faulty Solutions. Nobody noticed how serious the issue is our pet Since has been checked 4 times and we did Point the doctors the issue. One Said it's a Birth mark...One Said it's getting better it's gingivitis.... Brush her teeth and in the last check up the one of the Doctors mentioned how serious this is.... and she might loose all her teeth From her Gum disease... plus the doctor recommend a teeth removal on the top side only and my pet unfortunately has gum disease on the bottom teeth too that noone ever checked wonder or Notice... Since we realised the seriousness of it we went to a Dental specialist Since our pet is quite young 1,5 years old and it's not normal to have a gum disease over a year now...it might be a serious disease behind it. The specialist simply asked us how is possible they haven't prescribed any medication for so long time and why nobody checked the bottom side of mouth... That's it's also infected in 3 Spots!!!!! Like Helooo..... This is our experience almost 1,5 Year It's just sad.

Have been going here for years, really nice staff and vets. Definitely recommend. You can also see your bike from the waiting room if locked up outside. The building is beside a cycle lane and bus stop for easy access.
