Our family cat had a tragic accident and passed away. After calling many vets (on the weekends) I came across Virtue vets. Honestly, I cannot begin to express my sincere gratitude to the team who helped me. Ruby was so considerate, so friendly and understanding. She managed to register us over the phone to save us time and was extremely thorough, thoughtful and patient with us when we took our Marshmallow to clinic. The duty vet was amazing.. super friendly and extremely considerate of our situation. They both went above and beyond their time (since the clinic was past closing time) just to answer all of our questions and take in our cat, and even gave us a lovely sympathy card with pawprints and fur to remember Marshmallow. I will forever be grateful and I highly recommend Virtue vets especially the lovely Ruby and the amazing duty vet (I wish I asked for her name, she has an american accent if i'm not mistaken). Transparent pricing (and very affordable!), the team is focussed on providing the best treatment and advices for your pet and not on checking some boxes. My dog (a large Bernedoodle) and I have had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Virtue Vets. After being referred to the practice by a friend in the neighbourhood, I was blown away by the level of service and care that we received from the minute that we walked in the door. I was treated just as well as my dog was! This is not just a beautiful facility, but also, an office full of amazing and knowledgeable staff members who actually took the time to answer all of my questions. It completely reassured me about his level of care here in the UK and will make our travels so much easier each time we go back abroad. My dog adores this place so much that he will sometimes insist on "pulling" me over there when we are on our way to the park just to say hello to the staff members (and maybe get some extra treats as well!). I recently had the pleasure of taking my dog, Oliver, to Virtue Vets, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and attention they provide. From the moment we walked in, the staff was so welcoming, and the facility is clean, modern, and well-equipped, which immediately put me at ease. Kiekie, the vet that that took care of Oliver, was so knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient with him, as he can be quite high energy! She answered all of my questions and I really appreciated her taking time to explain the medication I needed to administer when we got home. We’ve had a phenomenal experience with Virtue Vets. The whole team are lovely, professional and super knowledgeable. The facilities are high tech and beautiful, and each of our experiences have been very positive (so much so that my dog pulls me in the door!). We’ve used Virtue for standard care (e.g. rabies vaccination), travel paperwork (including UK export papers and support with import requirements), and a full cardiac scan. They’ve been amazing every time.
