I took my kitten for her first vaccination, and it was a very good experience. The vet we had was very welcoming, attentive and gentle to our kitten. Very good 🤗, would recommend to a friend/family member.

Lovely, friendly vets. So kind when I had to put my dog down - they even sent a paw print afterwards (which I hadn’t requested) and were happy to wait for the insurance company to pay out, which took some time. Our younger dog LOVES going to this vet.

While this is an extremely difficult review to write, I wanted to give a massive shout out to the wonderful Orsolya. Our little one was diagnosed with aggressive lymphoma that had spread to the lymph nodes back in September. We were absolutely distraught, as we've had our amazing cat since he was a kitten. The entire process, from the biopsy and being delivered the horrible news, to his very last day, Orsolya was just incredible and by our side every step of the way. I was constantly blown away by her compassion and dedication to our beloved cat. You can just tell she loves animals so much. She would schedule weekly check ins, write long emails back to me when things got really bad and was just the best person to have by our side on our sweet boy's last day. She presented us with all the information and her recommendation of a katamine injection actually gave us a month longer with our little boy! We were so grateful for her recommendation and her brilliance, which gave us more time. I have switched from another vet in Battersea where I found the care wasn't quite what we were looking for and I am so glad I did. I am so forever grateful we found Voo Vets and had Orsolya as our vet. She's just simply incredible. If you're looking to make the switch or browsing vets for the first time- you won't be disappointed. A massive thank you to our unsung superhero, Orsolya 💕
