I am always impressed with the Service from the Receptionist through to the Vets. Always cheerful, helpful and available for a chat. I can't thank Laura and Sam enough for their help in getting Izzie more comfortable during and after her surgery.

They took amazing care of our little cat when she was so critically ill. We are incredibly grateful. She is a nervous cat and she hates to be away from home, but they did everything to make her as at ease as possible Also great to have the parking area out the back

I have a dog and two cats and I have been going to Voo vets for roughly 9 years I’m very happy with the care towards my animals the thing I like is that is a 24 hour hospital too . The staff, vets are always doing the best they can do .

We had the most heartbreaking decision to make on 30th December 2024 to have our little girl Kira put to sleep. The vet that helped her was amazing and told us straight from the start the problems. She was compassionate and lovely and gave my husband and myself as much time as we wanted to spend with our little fur ball before we said our final goodbyes to her. The staff were absolutely amazing and understanding, and gave us options for a funeral. Kira our cat was much loved and when her ashes were returned to us it was so lovely as the casket we had for her were delivered with her ashes inside. The most wonderful thing we got was a small personal jar with some of her fur (they really got the best bits of her) and her paw prints. I am so greatfull for voo and every single member of the team who helped us through. We could not have asked for anything more. Well done to the team and much respect for what you do!

If you want a practice that really knows what they are doing you choose Voo Vets Surbiton Hospital. 🏥 I know my dogs are safe with them. My dog had a serious illness and they were brilliant with her. I don’t have words to thank them enough for saving my beautiful Mel🐶. I strongly recommend them. ♥️♥️
