Thankyou for your compassion and empathy when we lost our little boy sponge the cat, so much care and I could not recommend highly enough 💙 a picture in his prime xxxxx

Lovely reception staff , terrible incompetant vets. Misdiagnosed my cat with lymphoma told me she needed tissue biopsies to confirm but there were certain of what it was and chemo was the only option and she unfortunately didn’t have a good prognosis. Sought a second opinion from my own vets once they were open again and 6 months on she’s under the care of my own vet with a dose of antibiotics and a short course of steroids and change in diet shes thriving no lymphoma just a bad infection/pancreatitis . All they care about is money

Vet Aisling went above and beyond to help a cat in foster due to domestic abuse today - bank holiday weekend. Reception staff were so kind and helpful and even kept my daughter entertained while I was trying to sort things out. Heart felt thanks to you all.

Tina- the Nurse! Thank you for your kindness and compassionate care during our difficult time. Your support and understanding helped us cope with the loss of our beloved dog. Your professionalism and empathy made a significant difference, and we're grateful for your dedication."

After moving house and changing vets they found a heart murmur which needed immediate treatment. We were referred to Woodcroft for this, I was concerned after reading some of the negative reviews on Google but I needn’t have been. Our appointment was with Zuzi and she explained everything in detail and took excellent care of teddy. She rang with updates and has stayed in touch to see how he is getting on. Excellent service and would recommend. Yes it’s very expensive but that’s the same across the board for most veterinary services.
