Years of great service with a previous Vet at this surgery who left. A decline since it became part of a chain - the CVS Group (500 clinics driven by profit, KPIs etc). Leaves you feeling the sector is in need of a fresh approach to regulation. The Tupe (transferred) staff do as best as they can. Other local vets, like the Manchester Cat Clinic are fortunately still not part of multi-national corporations.

All they care about is money. I havent had an update on my cat and it has been weeks. My cat is worse than before, don't know what is wrong with her, I'm scared and all they do is talk about payments. It's disgusting I will be going elsewhere. I've had no peace of mind, feel like my cat wasn't even looked after, her breathing has been had, her blocked nose wasn't even looked at. I've had to go out myself to buy her things to help unblock it. Just feel it wasn't a concern to them and was sent off to another vet miles away which cost almost £40 to get to then charged hundreds more and told that they could have done an Xray by the other vet. Just feel so messed around and I'm worried since they kept bringing up the possibility of it being cancer yet I'm waiting around.

I switched to Yew Tree a couple of years ago and they have just been fantastic. All staff are friendly and helpful, and the care my dog has received has been wonderful. They are patient and have worked so hard with me to get my dog comfortable visiting and being handled. Special mention to Georgie for all her work and also everyone on reception. It’s a great practice all round and I’m so pleased I switched to them.

Really lovely vets & staff. We've seen Emily twice now with our little disabled dog, and she's been so gentle and understanding with him. Big thanks from us & Hershey!

I am so pleased with every part of service and care from Yew Tree Vets. Having only ever been in and out for immunisations in the past, i have just endured frequent visits over the past 9 weeks receiving treatment for an ocular tear with my dog Louie. Me and louie received excellent care and advice. They were also lenient and supportive when i was worried about deterioration finding me a same day appointment and were very empathetic.
