Their pet club recently changed. I don't think it's as good as the old one. The staff are helpful and friendly. They have a gentle handling polocy for cats. All the vets I've seen have been very caring towards my cats. However, it's not a high-end facility. It does have a slightly shabby feel to it. But that doesn't reflect the care my pets have been shown there. Update: am looking to change vets after two very bad experiences. including being given medication that is unsafe for my cat to take.

I've been to see two different vets on two separate occasions and both times have been poor experiences. I asked the second vet to look at my cats eye as she was having issues and the vet refused. After asking her a few times she laughed at me and suggested she could refer me to an ophthalmologist! My previous vets were fantastic and I only changed vets due to the distance. Checking an animals eyes, teeth and body should be part of every consultation but neither vet did this here. At my last vets, when my cat had an issue with her eyes in the past they thoroughly checked it, put dye in her eye and carried out a full inspection and even took photos to send to an animal ophthalmologist to check and then updated me with their response as standard and at no extra cost. I have now moved vets as I wouldn't trust any of them at Yorkshire Vets with my cats care. The receptionists are nice though.

My cat had an out break fleas all over his ears - 24 hours later they have gone. Kind vets, quick appointment and lovely reception staff who make you so welcome and at ease.

Another visit for Cooper and Wilson’s annual booster. Cooper and Wilson again always so excited when we go. The team are so friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

Been taking my cat Chloe there since she was 12 weeks old (7 years old now) brilliant service as always. The environment is clean and well laid out. The staff are great, friendly and welcoming and very helpful always.
