I cannot say more positive things about this vet. I took my new kittens at 8 weeks old that I’d had a day to see the vet. I had an appointment for a gunky eye and then I had a worry about my other kitten. The vet saw them both and was SO professional really put me and my husbands mind at ease. The ladies in reception were nothing short of fantastic! So polite and friendly and they introduced us to the healthy pets club which saved us a lot of £££. The vet even said I’m not going to give You eye drops for the sake of it. Really friendly and transparent. Felt so at ease and I’m glad they’re our local vet!

I have recently had to have both my dogs put to sleep here just 7 weeks apart. Each time the staff were extremely sensitive. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and the lovely pack of a card, hair cuttings and paw prints are such a personal touch that will be treasured. Thank you to all the staff who helped us with this very upsetting time.

When I had to have my cat Lucky put to sleep the staff were amazing. They showed us empathy and compassion and it was handled in a very dignified manner. It was the little touches like letting me holding her as she went and the fur clippings and paw and nose prints that added to the meaningfullness. They made a very traumatic time, easier than I'd of imagined. I have another cat, Roamie who is looked after by them and that won't be changing! Thank you, to you all !

Just like to give a big thank you to all the staff who were working on the 30th March 2024. I had to book an appointment to have my boy put to sleep as he was very ill. I could hardly talk when I phoned, the receptionist was so patient with me and got me in as soon as possible. The lady that dealt with us, I didn't get her name, I was a bit oblivious to what was going on to be honest. She was so kind, helping in anyway, she even said she'd wait for my son and daughter as they wanted to be there. I've never lost a pet in this way before, so it was a new experience for me. I was just glad we had these guys to support us. Rip Lui 2014-2024

I took my 1 year old lab for a checkup due to her breathing. She’s an extremely nervous dog and always has been, she’s currently in training. I can’t thank the staff enough for being so patient with us. Our first visit, we couldn’t even get near the vet without my pup being terrified, after speaking further with the staff, we figured out a way to have the consultation. Such amazing and sweet staff and I really appreciate how much they helped us. We’ve been with many vets, yet this is by far the best. Most vets wouldn’t have wanted to see us again. The only way we got a happy tail wag was when my pup noticed the teddies they had on display, I can confirm their teddies are worth buying too! They are super helpful, if you also have a nervous pup, I called up to explain and spoke to them in advance. I definitely recommend! (As you’ll see in the photo, she was extremely happy with her teddy)
