After using this vets for over 4 years without issue. They recently examined my dog and further more suggested surgery for a lump on my dogs face. They have now categorically said its dental related but still proceed to take samples from my dogs face causing perm scarring. After asking why x4 vets on initial assessment never suggested this could be dental related I have had no response from the vets just multiple calls chasing the balance AVOID AT ALL COSTS

One of the worst vet practices I have ever used. If you value your pet, do not use this vet or their Oldbury branch. They nearly had me put my dog down with a diagnosis they made. Good job I did not listen, as six weeks later my dog is still here. They don't get back to you with results, and you have to keep chasing them. It is a business first, and there is no compassion or empathy whatsoever. We were emotionally blackmailed by being told to pay £1200.00 or they would put him down, but we did not listen. Our regular vet could not see our dog as there were no appointments, but we went to these in Oldbury and were then sent to Solihull. Worst experience and very traumatic.

Not a bad word to say about this vets! Lovely receptionists and vets. They’re very understanding and always helpful. Can’t recommend them enough!!

I have a BSH care cat who stopped eating and moving last week, went to emergency Sunday a little stressed obviously. I can’t thank or rate the staff and vets enough for their care for George and myself The staff went over over and above calming the “ mad cat mom” panicking on emergency visit and especially on second visit for not just George but myself. I was listened to, respected and not patronised He’s back on the bed not shaking and hiding I can’t thank you all enough Myself , Gorgeous George and all the people he helps as a care animal thanks you for your over and above care and understanding They even thought about shaving his legs in same places so it grows back the same which when your stressing about your animal is a small but important thing to help desensitise From reception staff on initial phone calls to vets thank you I hope not to see you too soon 🐾
